Do you judge a book by it's cover?

I've actually got a Judging A Book By It's Cover feature (that I haven't done in forever!) but usually, I don't. A good cover definitely draws me in, but I try to always read the synopsis. Now, sometimes, if the cover of the book looks out of my genre, then I won't read the description. I should fix that!

Friday Blog Hop

I've always wanted to try out the Friday Blog Hop, run by Crazy For Books, but for some reason this is my first one! I am told that I must answer the following question:

Do you use a rating system for your reviews and if so, what is it and why?

I do! I feel like it really gives people a better idea of how I felt about a book overall, especially when I had things I did and didn't like about a book.
